Acquiring textbooks in a timely manner is often a challenge for NKTBL’s high school and college age patrons. We have fiction titles for English classes. Textbooks are not included in the NLS talking-book and braille program. When our office receives a request for a textbook we provide referrals to print houses that publish textbooks in large print, braille and audio formats. In general textbooks must be purchased.
